If your minimum purchase falls below $60 after discounts, $5 delivery fee will be applied.

You can expect to receive your order within 3 - 5 working days.

Your order may need additional time to reach you during sales period, holidays and unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions.

You can track for order update emails from us. There will be a shipment tracking URL for you to see your order delivery status.

Upon confirmation of your order, we will process and ship your order out. This would take approximately 1 - 2 days.

Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, only shipping is available at the moment. We seek your kind understanding.

All products are subjected to a 14-day return and exchange policy upon receipt of order, subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Products must be in its original condition, the original packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked, and not defaced in any manner.
• Products purchased as a part of a bundle must be returned as a whole bundle. All products are subject to onetime exchange only.
• This return policy will not apply to products that have beene explicitly stated as nonexchangeable and/or non-fundable.
• If your return request is accepted, the buyer will be responsible for any and all shipping costs.

Your returns will be in the form of store credits only with a validity of 6 months.

• Name
• Contact Number
• Email Address
• Order ID
• Product Details
• Reason for Return

Kindly wait for a confirmation email with the return details before mailing the items(s) back. You will be required to be mail it back via a fully trackable shipping method.

If the returned items are lost during shipping transit, we are not liable and will not accept the returns.

Upon approval of your returned items, the items must reach us within 5 working days. Any returned items received after the stipulated time will not be accepted.

Processing time for the returns will take up to 7 working days from the day the item has been received.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for any of our products.

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience if you have received a defective item. We strive to keep all our customers happy, hence, all items are checked and carefully packed before it is sent out to you.

In the unlikely event that you have received a defective item, please contact us at hello@ululada.com with a clear image/video of the item, your name and order ID.

Kindly note that all issues will be dealt on a case-by-case basis and will be treated as a returned request. You will be given store credits instead of an exchange of the item should your request be approved.

Yes, definitely! We take pride in bringing our customers only the highest quality and ensuring that the products on Ululada are 100% authentic. All our products are directly from Korea, and they are all coming from legitimate and safe channels.

If you have an allergic experience to one of our products, please get in touch with us at hello@ululada.com. In your email, kindly provide us with the following information

• Your name
• Order ID
• Name of the product that caused the allergic reaction
• A detailed description of the symptoms
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the affected area

When the item you want is out of stock, you can click on the Email Me When It’s Available button. Once the item is back in stock, we will notify you via email.
